LOSS OF APPETITE FOR SEX ( LIBIDO LOSS )…. The causes and solutions
Sex builds a firm marriage . Sex is a weapon that makes and unmakes a marriage. So if sex begins to taste sour then it could lead to serious damages which includes cheating , unnecessary quarrel, disrespectfulness etc.  Loss of Libido can be said to be a disease when it is prolonged.

These are some of the things that causes loss of libido :
·        Medical Problems
·        Hormonal  imbalance due to pregnancy or kids
·        Stress
·        Medications (too much drug intake) : especially diabetes drugs , hypertension drugs and contraceptives(women especially). This might be hard on some people its very true. Instead adapt to natural methods.
·        Poor eating habits(especially for men): there should be a proper timing between your meals. You have to try your best to prevent late night eating. When eating , do not match the food with soft drinks because it would cause constipation .  Constipation is bad news for men as it can weaken your waste and reduce your sex drive. Generally constipation damages the kidney.
·        Lack of exercise. This sounds very common but very important. If you really need change then there is a lot exercise can do for you.
·        Too Much alcohol intake
·        Bad body odour especially the vee-jay(the private part of women) and the mouth.


SUGGUESTIONS:
·        Reduce alcohol intake as it builds up stress, damages the liver which also leads to other medical problems
·        You need to change environment and your looks. just have moments alone with your spouse far from home . Not even your pet should be allowed. For the ladies, try to look attractive (sexy) all the time in bed. NO DISTURBANCE PLEASE
·        Keep the vee-jay clean all the time.
·        Men should help their partners in the kitchen and with the kids. Apart  from the fact that it reduces the burden on the women , Women find it very very romantic

·        Communication also increases your appetite for sex. Your partner should be your  best friend. You must not shy to talk dirty with him/her when you are alone.
·        Regular sex improves your health and increases your mood.



SEX IS MEANT TO BE ENJOYED BY BOTH PARTNERS  SO WHEN YOUR PARTNER IS OFF PLEASE TURN HIM/HER ON BEFORE PLEASURE.
